Help wanted: Keystone restoration project

Join us on Saturday, October 27th, as we work to protect one of the places we love here in Nevada: Keystone Canyon.

Bring sturdy hiking shoes and boots, a water bottle, and join us at 9 a.m. at the Keystone Canyon Trailhead (located off Leadership Pkwy, north of N. McCarran, map.) We will be doing vegetation restoration work on the hillsides. The distance to hike will vary, but the areas we will be working on are all within one mile of the trailhead parking lot. We will be concluding work by 12 noon.

For more information or to R.S.V.P., please contact Mattie Melrose, intern1@nvdems.com, 829-1699. Or you can contact me directly. Looking forward to seeing you!
